What you guys did today on 03-14-26 is so messed up and unprofessional. You did not put a sign on the door you sent emails out to maybe 25 percent of your patients. You had ppl standing at the door waiting in there doses not knowing what to even do and on all days you do it on Saturday when we need our take home homes. Luckily I decided to follow someone to the new seasons and got to dose because I would have been screwed and just think of all the ppl that didn't get there dose today. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves just shows how much you guys don't care about your patients.

Based on industry billing models, methadone clinics in Ohio and elsewhere often generate higher revenue from daily dosing than from take-home doses due to reimbursement structures that prioritize in-person service, counseling, and daily observation. Cornell University Cornell University +2 Financial Incentives for Daily Dosing: Payments to opioid treatment programs (OTPs) are often tied to in-person visits. For example, some state Medicaid programs have paid as much as $15 per in-person dose compared to only $4 per take-home dose.

Not what it was 25yrs ago, what a good experience. Most individuals seeking counseling support, any form of adiction accredited counselors are available, very friendly experience, great support staff! No reason someone cant find the help he or she needs, very professional staff ready to figure our the best approach plan for every individual case!! If you need some help, do not be afraid to open up and be honest, they are very up on Hippa laws, and the gut feeling I got was they sincerely care about people!!!!!

I've dealt w chc a few times. Had a really great counselor for a while but other than that, not so great. Other 2 counselors I had were horrible. Also, KW who works at the front desk admitted to looking at a mutual friends file violating HIPPA, chc won't do anything about it. She posted that friends mug shot on Facebook with laughing emojis. When this person addressed this issue, outside of chc, KW hid under the desk when this person came to chc for their meds that they needed in order to not be sick. KW acted scared and cried until the client was asked to leave and was kicked out of the program. The client didn't even say a word to her that day. If chc employs people like this they should be shut down. Just saying.

***EDIT, it’s now January 13th 2026 and have yet to receive the results for this drug test that was taken & paid for in may 2024 πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I would like a refund! I was sent to CHC to do a drug screen for children services. It was the last drug screen before court to get my kids back. Because it was my last drug screen i wanted to pay for another test with the same urine sample to be sent to a different lab. As I have had 2 false positives in the past for cps with mouth swabs. I couldn't take no chances!!! I went to CHC on Friday May 24th. It is now July 22nd and I have yet to receive my results. They asked for my email when I filled out the paper as they said I would get my results quicker that way than in the mail. I have called and called and called. Left voicemail after voicemail. Never received a phone call back. Never received an email. There's an option for drug test results when you call but nobody ever answers. I know my results were negative so I don't care about that, it's the fact that this place is not being ran properly. I gave them TWO MONTHS to send my drug screen results when I should have got them the week after. This is absolutely ridiculous And it's came down to me l

Great clinic. Busy, yet you aren't treated like a number. After weeks of trying to get in somewhere, I got an appointment here. I live 40 minutes away, so when I found out it was a dosing clinic, I was upset, because at the time, I didn't have a vehicle and wasnt sure how I'd make it work. I was looking for a doctor to give me a script. However, the clinic setting was exactly what I needed. The accountability drove me to succeed. I didn't want to let my care team down. Without that daily dosing, weekly counseling, frequent uds testing, intro to mat groups, and guidelines for take homes, I don't know that I would have been successful. It's been a decade since I started here, and after all these years, this clinic is still my safe place. Nurses, physicians and counselors have come and gone, but the mission and care received never change. If you are respectful and honest, you will be heard. They understand relapse is a part of recovery for some, and they won't turn their backs on you because of it. My counselors, nurses, NP and doctors are judge free, encouraging, empathetic, and they listen. They don't rush you to get to the next patient. Same goes for the rest of the staff, such as
